Subtitle for the film

Hallo, "Code Rush". I'm currently planning to create Japanese subtitle for this great documentary film, and wonder if there are any sort of English subtitle/scripts for this film available beside of annotation created by Andi Baio.
The film itself is less than one hour, so it is not so tough to make transcripts from beginning, but it would be great help if there are text based script already exits.

I will try Submagic first, since it is portable and Unicode enabled (this is very important to create subtitle in non-Latin alphabet based language).
Lastly, Thank you for the director who creates this great documentary, and decides to share it with us.
